Jamie has been working in the real estate industry since 2004. She has held several administrative positions and now, along with her business partner, has founded and opened Quest Real Estate. Jamie and her team of 13 agents specialize in residential real estate in Huntsville, Madison, Decatur and surrounding areas of Alabama. They work with a wide range of clients from first time homebuyers, downsizers and relocation clients moving into and out of the area. Karen grew up in a small New England town just outside Boston, MA prior to relocating to New Orleans to complete her degree in psychology from Loyola University. Once Karen got a taste of the south and embraced the love of southern football traditions she made the choice to remain in the south. Shortly after college, Karen became a counselor working with teenagers and families in a wilderness program. This experience provided her the opportunity to learn to work with a variety of people from various cultures, gain patience, dedication, and an intensive work ethic. She also had the opportunity to lead adventure trips for families all over the country.
During Karen’s adventures she began looking for her first home to purchase. While purchasing her first home in the Five Points area in Huntsville, she developed an increased love and interest of real estate and contemplated a career change.
In July 2007, Karen received her license in real estate and with her patience and tenacity has since become a multi-million dollar producer, even in a difficult economy. Karen’s success has been one focused on helping buyers find their dream home versus just trying to sell a property. She describes her favorite client as the first time home buyer because of the excitement that many of these buyers have in achieving their dream of home ownership. Karen also has extensive experience with relocation and third party relocation companies.

Leslie has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 in California and 2007 in Alabama. She is originally from California and has been in the Huntsville/Madison area since June 2006. She has 4 children and 5 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys water skiing, horseback riding, traveling, and home designing. Leslie is very familiar with the housing market, as her father has been a home builder since 1976. Her twin brother is a contractor as well. Her father was an officer in the United States Air Force. Being part of a military family, she travelled and lived throughout the United States. She has lived in California, Nebraska, Arizona, and Nevada. Leslie's past experiences of relocating and moving help with her understanding of real estate and what is involved in the process.

Dawn is a graduate of the National School of Real Estate. She was born and raised in the Midwest, and has lived in the Madison/Harvest area since 1997. She has raised her 2 daughters here. After living in several different States, she loves calling Northern Alabama home because of its wonderful people, excellent climate and amazing beauty.

Dawn’s working experience has always focused on Customer Service. She spent many years in banking and finance, and has also owned and operated a very successful business for over 17 years. She has a passion for working with and helping others, and has networked with hundreds of people all across the country through her experiences. She has moved several times during her life, and has experienced building new homes as well. So she understands how buying, selling and moving can be exciting as well as stressful times. Her experience in banking and finance also gives her insight as to what goes on in all aspects of buying and selling a home.

Dave has been in the Huntsville area since 1989 when he moved here from Detroit (General Motors) with his wife, Dena who is a Huntsville native. Their children graduated from the Huntsville City school system and have now graduated college and have homes of their own. Dave was active in the opening of the Cove Park and the Hampton Cove elementary/middle school which led him to his 16 year career as the football coach at the middle school. He has a servant heart and a passion for young kids and mentoring.
Prior to entering real estate, he owned and operated his own business for nearly 25 years. He graduated from General Motors Institute with a BS in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. Diana is a member of the Huntsville Board of Realtors. Originally from Romania, Diana has called the United States home for twenty-four years. She called Chicago, IL home for many years, but once she experienced the warmth of the Southeast, both weather and people, has decided to call Huntsville home, and she has been living here for the past five years. As the spouse of a retired federal employee, Diana is no stranger to moving around, and she is intimately involved with the intricacies, needs, and fears people experience with each move. Diana is able, willing, and ready to put her experience, empathy, and attention to detail to work for you in your quest to find your perfect home.
Diana is the mother of four wonderful children, and as such understands the differences between moving couples, or families with young and teenage children. In her spare time, Diana enjoys cooking, hiking, remodeling, and tackling all sorts of home improvement projects.
