Karen grew up in a small New England town just outside Boston, MA prior to relocating to New Orleans to complete her degree in psychology from Loyola University. Once Karen got a taste of the south and embraced the love of southern football traditions she made the choice to remain in the south. Shortly after college, Karen became a counselor working with teenagers and families in a wilderness program. This experience provided her the opportunity to learn to work with a variety of people from various cultures, gain patience, dedication, and an intensive work ethic. She also had the opportunity to lead adventure trips for families all over the country.

Leslie has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 in California and 2007 in Alabama. She is originally from California and has been in the Huntsville/Madison area since June 2006. She has 4 children and 5 grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys water skiing, horseback riding, traveling, and home designing. Leslie is very familiar with the housing market, as her father has been a home builder since 1976. Her twin brother is a contractor as well. Her father was an officer in the United States Air Force. Meghan Middleton relocated to the Huntsville/Madison area in 2007. She is originally from rural Missouri. She is one of the few realtors in the area that possesses a BS degree in Marketing and a Masters in Business Administration. For the past 11 years she has worked in marketing, sales, project management, business development, finance, and contracts (ranging from a few thousand to multi-million dollar). She has a proven track record of negotiating agreements and contracts. The bulk of her work experience has been in the government defense sector where she has worked as a government contractor on the Redstone Arsenal (RSA). However, she has also worked in the private sector in retail, residential, and commercial.
